Danielle is a seasoned leadership strategist and founder of Archetype Learning Solutions, bringing over 30 years of experience in organizational development and human-centered leadership. With a strong foundation in healthcare and public service, she’s dedicated to building compassionate, engaged, and thriving workplaces—values that align powerfully with the heart of our mission.
Danielle is the founder and principal of Archetype Learning Solutions, a small boutique consulting organization dedicated to helping small businesses develop to their full potential using the same practices found in large organizations.
Danielle has a 32-year career in the field of Organizational Development specializing in adult and organizational learning and leadership development. Her philosophy, everybody leads combined with we can do better, are foundational to her work. During her career, she has worked to help organizations develop human-centered strategies to improve employee engagement, eradicate toxic behaviors and cultures, and make compassion and empathy a part of organizational culture through leadership.
Danielle has a 32-year progressive career, with 26 years in healthcare, at the executive enterprise-level. Prior to starting Archetype Learning Solutions, Danielle served in the role of:
Leadership Development Program Director for the Port of Seattle, where she developed and managed LINK Leadership.
Chief Learning Officer for the State of Washington. During that time, she developed a robust process of quality assurance for State approved courses, an enterprise-wide mentoring program, and led the statewide leadership development implementation, securing three million in development funding.
System Director of Physician Leadership Development for Providence Health and Services, a five-state, 75,000 employee health system. In this role, Danielle was responsible for the design, development, and overall program direction, with the responsibility for the Executive Leadership Development for over 300 physicians.
In addition, she has been a faculty member at Brandman University since 2008, teaching over 17 different graduate level courses. She has also consulted for multiple organizations and developed over 50 courses for organizations of all sizes.
She is the author of two leadership books: Focused Moments and Engaging your Employees, as well as on-going academic healthcare leadership research related to topics of preventing leadership fatigue and career dissatisfaction for nurses and physicians. Recently, Danielle started a podcast: The Compassion Project, dedicated to igniting a compassion evolution to bring healing from micro-trauma through compassion, empathy, kindness, and forgiveness.
